This documentary-style film uses dance, dialogue, and visuals to highlight the truth of the treatment of Black enslaved ancestors, contemporary foremothers, and forefathers after emancipation. The video explains why racial conversations are difficult for white people and proposes an angle of truth as a means of healing.
